Good things come in small packages.
I’m a small-town photographer, animal lover, and die-hard craft enthusiast. I love natural spaces and down to earth people.
I'm obsessed with The Sims, ballet, movies, books, and the finer things in life. Just to name a few.
A little about me...
I grew up in a small community in Pelham, Ontario sandwiched between beautiful orchards and a lot of space to run and play. I didn’t mind getting dirty back then, and I certainly don’t mind kneeling in the dirt to capture the perfect moment for my clients now, should the need arise.
I’m a super passionate person with a lot of creative interests including: graphic design, art, Do-It-Yourself crafts, and (obviously) photography! As a DIY-er, I’m always looking for new creative skills to learn and fun new projects to tackle. When I’m not working you can typically find me nestled underneath a cozy blanket immersed in a book or working on my latest crochet project. I've been known to make homemade greeting cards for every special occasion, too (I might have a slight obsession with scrapbook paper).
I'm a huge animal lover, outdoor enthusiast, and down to earth old soul. I’m a sucker for sentimentality and nostalgia, too, which is probably why photography has such a special place in my heart.
My philosophy:
My photography style is raw and authentic. I strive to keep things light, real, and focus on the precious candid moments that naturally unfold with every client.
Not all of us are born models (myself included), so I understand how awkward it can feel to be the person in front of the camera. This is why I focus on creating experiences with my clients that foster real interaction and connection. Why try to recreate a Pinterest board when you can have images that authentically tell the story of who you are as a couple, family, friends, or individual?
